Tintagel, spring 2015 - Part 2

Tintagel 1 "It's a dangerous business, Frodo, going out your door. You step onto the road, and if you don't keep your feet, there's no knowing where you might be swept off to."

Tintagel 1 So down, down the stairs we go. And onto the north cornish coastal path. Guaranteed to be lacking in the giant hairy spider departement and there are no orcs.

Tintagel 1 If you follow this path, there will be cliffs, rocks, gorse bushes, heather, birds and stunning views of the sea instead.

Tintagel 1 See, no orcs.

Tintagel 1 Just more sea views and a seagull.

Tintagel 1 And some gorse. It's a pity the scent recording camera is still not commercially available. These bushes smell really lovely.

Tintagel 1 As promised, cliffs, some more gorse and the sea.

Tintagel 1 Breaking waves.

Tintagel 1 Did I mention the cliffs?

Tintagel 1 And the sea?

Tintagel 1 A flowering stone wall.

Tintagel 1 And a more barren one, or two.

Tintagel 1 A last view of Tintagel island. Most defintely not the childhood home of King Arthur, unless you own a gift shop...

Tintagel 1 Follow the brook back to the car park and on to new adventures instead.
